Mangust Technologies, Inc. ("we", "our", "Mangust Cloud") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account registration data (name, email address, company name)
- Billing information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers)
- Support communications
- Usage data and access logs (IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps)
We do not access or scan the content of files you store in your buckets, except as required to perform the Service or comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve the Service, send transactional communications, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after termination. Access logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Third-Party Processors
We share data with the following categories of processors: cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and transactional email providers. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in data centers located in the EU, US, and Singapore. International transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@mangust.cloud.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and regular third-party security audits. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
