Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mangust Cloud services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Mangust Cloud provides enterprise-grade object storage, file management, and content delivery services. The Service includes access to storage buckets, an S3-compatible API, a web-based management console, and associated tooling.

3. Account Registration

Access to the Service requires a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@mangust.cloud.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Store, transmit, or distribute unlawful content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other network abuse
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.99% monthly uptime as outlined in our SLA documentation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via the status page.

7. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Storage overages are billed in arrears at the rates specified in your plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after a 14-day grace period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you have 14 days to export your data. After that period, data may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mangust Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the theory of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Limassol, Cyprus.
